Wash? Chappy?

Hopefully this is not a preview of  the OCD to come, but Grace is fairly obsessed with washing her hands and with chapstick, or "chappy" as Grace refers to it.  She inquires about both on a rather constant basis. When she asks for one and is denied, she tries for the other.

My mom (Nomma) came over today for a visit and was hounded for "chappy" for most of it.  She gave in, of course, and Grace was more than happy to sample her lip gloss.  She also enjoyed applying "chappy" to her doll.

This past weekend, Grace convinced Grampa Lower to help her wash her hands.  I'm not sure Grampa knew what he was getting himself into.  He was a trooper though, letting Grace wash and wash and wash.........and wash.
